Great service from Christian!

Christian was a great help and moved with urgency on getting our claim taken care of.

I had a great experience with Kevin Sorg’s office. The team was efficient, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with the customer service I received and would definitely recommend them!

A year ago I went with another company for my auto insurance because this State Farm’s rates were too high when compared with others (State Farm will say that their coverage is better, you can decide for yourself). Now they won’t stop calling, leaving voicemails, and sending things in the mail asking me to re consider. I’m REALLY happy that I went elsewhere for my insurance!!

The agents Allison Wilson and Mariah are wonderful agents who immediately helped me in my case as a novice driver as I am a victim of the wreck. However, when I went to hand over the police report to the Kevin Sorg office, the agents told me HELPS them handle my case to press charges against the opposing party in the wreck; I was greeted by a significantly entitled and immensely disrespectful receptionist who immediately attempted to diminish my case and the police report. She said she didn’t think the agents would need it, and when she did call them to verify that she needed to upload the file for them, she seemed extremely disappointed that she had to do work as simple as printing out a copy of the police report. As someone who experienced something as traumatic and dead experience as a car wreck that I am the victim of, I’m glad that the receptionist didn’t handle cases and instead got placed with wonderful people like Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Mariah. Please have someone who genuinely cares and understands how painful wrecks and injuries can be and someone who acknowledges the customer like a human being.
